Window-Eyes 4.5 SP3 sets for Ivocalize 3. Created by Richard Turner, May 3, 2004 Modified by John Brinton May 25, 2004 Screen resolution 600x800. The set files are: ivclient.000 ivclient.we ivclient.dic and this file. Here are notes from John Brinton concerning the Ivocalize settings: 1. Press Alt + F, then go to where it says "Show Enter and Leave Messages," and enter on that so it is checked. 2. Next go to Help, then Accessibility and make sure that "Append Text Icons to User Names," "Highlight New Text Messages," and "Suppress Private Conversation Tabs," are all checked. Meaning you have to go back to the Help menu and Accessibility menu to do all three of those options. Because when you enter on each of those options it leaves the menu, so that is why you have to go back to it to make sure each one is checked. The point of having the "Suppress Private Conversation Tabs" checked is so That when you do a private message to someone, at the top of the window there will be only one tab, 'meaning that you won't have any other tabs when you do a private conversation Note from Richard Turner: If the automatic speaking of text messages and or people leaving the room do not work correctly, you may need to adjust the size of Hyperactive Window #b. Write me if you need help with any of that. John Brinton adjusted the hyperactive windows a and e so they worked more smoothly. He also adjusted Window 9 so it no longer overlaps on other names. Window #9 is set to read who is speaking and Hyperactive Window #A reads it whenever it shows an (s) for the person speaking. Hyperactive Window e is set to read window 9 when an (ms) is shown being the moderator. Hyperactive Window #B reads the highlighted text whenever it changes so you will hear who has joined or left the session and, I hope, any text messages that are sent.
